"Monica Long is one of the most enthusiastic, dedicated, personable, and effective physical trainers whom it has been my privilege to work with over the past year. Monica is not only an outstanding trainer but a dedicated leader as well. Her approach to achievement is so well rounded. Monica assumed a challenging role when we first met in January 2016. I ran cross-country and track in high school over ten years ago and have not worked done much exercise since that time. But I decided in January that I finally wanted to build muscle at the age of 31. This would require me to change my diet and remain consistent with my workouts. Monica was there for me every step of the way and guided me along this challenging journey. I am getting stronger and stronger every day. Her reliability, efficiency, resourcefulness, and inspiration is something that I look forward to and rely on to keep getting better. I noticed that Monica applies her love of physical training to excel at anything she does. She tells me of her experiences and encourages me to do better every day.
